1402 SE 30th Ave. (The Betty)

This apartment is over 1500 sq ft of living space and we need to get more photos up, but you can get a good sense of that here. Confession: that's a faux fireplace, (although it does look very cheery with candles in it). The living room looks out into a crepe myrtle tree that puts on a gaudy fuchsia show every August. This apartment is full of windows... 25 of them, actually. It glows with a really nice, soft light.
