This 7' by 15' bonus room is on the ground floor. Previous occupants have used it as an art studio, a music room and storage. We've always thought it could be a great home office or work space for a small business. It's nice and light and has a door from the the front hall inside the front door and another from the side patio area. It is compeletly separate from the main living space, so much so that you can't even see the front door to the apartment upstairs from below.
