2955-2957 NE 60th (Max Rose City)

The basement has a washer and dryer, utility sink (actually a new once since this photo) and storage area shared by both apartments. Laundry machines are free, not coin-operated. There's interior access from the apartment as well an exterior door for bringing in wet bikes and other gear.

I really should take new photos down here. Not only have we replaced the sink, but there's actually quite a bit more space for storage than this shows, there's also a nice big cabinet/folding table for laundry time. That's all out of frame to the left.
