Wonderful old windows, 9' ceilings, fir floors and period trim (wide baseboards, Craftsman window and door trim, and functional picture-hanger moulding) make for a cozy living room. There's a ceiling fan/light combo. The closet off of the living room is so large you could almost set it up as a computer nook (4'2" by 7'10"). The metallic bronze ceiling, I have to admit, is growing on me (it looks great by candlelight). Dimensions: 15'5" by 12'6".
