6903 N. John Ave (The Lena)

This apartment has a really nice livable floorplan: a roomy living room and kitchen for "public" spaces and the bedrooms privately tucked at opposite ends of the central hall with the bathroom between.

We had fun choosing warm colors, and made doors and trim black for a little drama. No matter how grey the winter gets, we made sure this apartment will feel warm and cozy.

The living room has refinished oak floors, a 5-paned glass front door, a sliding glass door to the river-view balcony (see note below), a matte steel ceiling fan with a remote control for the dimmer and fan speed. There's a proper coat closet and a deep broom closet, both off of the main living room.
