| You know how "vintage" can be a good thing, or
it can just be a euphemism? Well, this is a vintage bath... in both ways.
It is clean and cleanable, but dated, for sure. The extremly large
counter area next to the sink at the end of the tub sits over the enclosure
for the water heater for the apartment. The 70's era vinyl and shower
surround are
due for an update that we just didn't have time to do this
time around. We've installed a stainless
steel
storage
shelf over the door and a nifty revolving medicine cabinet/mirror over
the toilet. The original green, space-age formica countertops and light
fixture are quite cool. |
