6907 N. John Ave (The Lena)

One of the best aspects of this apartment is the great floorplan. It is difficult to really show the flow of the space in photos. The main living areas are an "L"-shaped living room/dining room that wrap around the open galley kitchen. We had fun choosing warm, rich tones that play off of each other. Doors and trim are all black, for a touch of drama. No matter how the winter gets, we did our best to be sure this apartment is warm and cozy.

These rooms have oak floors, a huge window (huge), a 5-paned glass front door, a full-light glass door to the river-view balcony, a matte steel ceiling fan with a remote control for the dimmer and fan speed. There's a proper coat closet between the kitchen and living room.
